Name of the Pet: Shiqi Variety: Domestic Shorthair Gender: Male Weight: 2 kg;

Treatment plan: After wound debridement and management, allogeneic PRP was administered via perilesional point injections around the wound perimeter.

Summary: The patient presented with extensive skin damage secondary to Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS). Treatment combined allogeneic PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) with cefuroxime. PRP was administered via perilesional point injections to activate local tissue repair and promote angiogenesis; cefuroxime was administered daily for 7 days to control secondary infection. After one week, inflammatory exudate significantly decreased, epidermal regeneration exceeded 90%, and no new wounds were observed beneath sloughed crusts. This protocol combines PRP's bioactive factor-targeted repair with antibiotic synergy, breaking through the therapeutic bottleneck of skin regeneration disorders in EDS. Essential fatty acids and vitamin E supplementation are recommended, along with continued protective collar use for 2 weeks. This combined therapy provides novel insights for clinical management of collagen synthesis deficiency dermatoses.
