Key therapeutic considerations: (1) Early antimicrobial protocols lacked sufficient specificity, as Mycoplasma exhibits high drug resistance and viral corneal ulcers heal slowly, resulting in suboptimal initial control; (2) PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) as a biological therapeutic agent, rich in multiple growth factors (PDGF, EGF, TGF-β, etc.), significantly promotes corneal epithelial cell migration and proliferation, effectively improving ulcer healing; (3) Levofloxacin demonstrates excellent sensitivity against Mycoplasma, with concentrated local efficacy avoiding systemic antibiotic adverse effects; (4) Treatment was completed within one month, preventing further ulcer deepening, perforation, or severe corneal scarring.
