Channel Sales Specialist (Beijing)

Recruitment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:
1. The primary work location is based in Beijing.
2. Responsible for developing, contracting with, and managing pet medical device distributors on a day-to-day basis; establishing long-term, stable partnerships; formulating regional market expansion plans; and achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Provide product technical training, pre-sales consulting, and post-sales problem-solving solutions to enhance customer satisfaction; align product optimization with clinical needs; and assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
4. Align with the company’s marketing strategy to develop tailored sales plans, identify and cultivate potential customer leads, leverage data analytics to optimize business processes, and drive innovation in sales models.

Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or higher; majors in veterinary medicine, biomedical engineering, marketing, or related fields are preferred; prior internship or work experience at a pet hospital or animal healthcare facility is a plus.
2. At least one year of sales experience in the pet healthcare sector; candidates with established industry contacts in this field are preferred. Must be familiar with distributor channel management processes and possess the ability to independently develop and expand market opportunities.
3. Demonstrates strong belief in the growth prospects of the pet healthcare industry, possesses high execution efficiency and stress resilience, has a rapid learning curve, can quickly master product knowledge and industry trends, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and excels at data organization and analysis.
